Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide information on our services and products
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure accurate and consistent service delivery

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English, Dutch, and French
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
