Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern/Working Student to join our DACH Finance team in Munich. As a key member of our team, you will gain a broad overview of the entire scope of a Finance Team in the FMCG/OTC business, from Financial Planning and Analysis to reporting and project management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead own projects and tasks to gain in-depth and hands-on experience in Finance/Controlling
- Ensure stakeholders in the DACH team have access to needed data, information, and analysis to accelerate decision-making
- Support the German Finance Team in areas such as reporting automation, standardization, financial analysis, and project management
- Collaborate with teams across functions and our Finance Hub in Poland
- Support and shape current projects and tasks, from analysis to actuals submission and reporting
- Contribute to the development of our reporting landscape in PowerBI and process improvement
- Perform core finance tasks and gain insights into our agile planning cycles
- Work independently on ongoing projects and operational activities in our day-to-day business
- Support cash flow forecasting activities to improve our cash conversion
- Studying business administration, mathematics, computer science, or a comparable field
- Analytical skills, logical thinking ability, and experience working with data
- Proficiency in Excel and Office 365 applications
- Reliability and passion for working with people and in a finance team
- Proficiency in German and English
