About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance & Operations Working Student to join our team at Entrix GmbH. As a key member of our finance and operations department, you will play a crucial role in supporting both financial and operational aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Finance & Operations Processes: Assist with organizing and maintaining financial and operational records, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth process flows in day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in Financial Reporting: Help prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, consolidate data, and support business decisions with financial models and budgets.
  • Support Operational Topics: Assist in operations topics such as financial planning, legal, payroll, and bookkeeping, ensuring timely and accurate data tracking to support both finance and operational initiatives.
  • Contribute to Process Optimization: Work with the team to identify opportunities for cost-saving and process improvements, leveraging automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with finance, legal, and operations teams to drive projects forward, gaining exposure to various parts of the business.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in the energy sector and eagerness to learn about finance and operations within a high-growth tech company.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and financial data, with experience in spreadsheets and financial software a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and work effectively in ambiguous situations.
  • Familiarity with finance, accounting, or operational processes from prior internships or work experience a plus.
