Influencer Marketing Strategist

Freda is a rapidly growing company that's revolutionizing the frozen convenience food market in e-commerce and retail. We're looking for a talented Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic and international team in Berlin Mitte.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that drive real results and align with our brand objectives.
- Collaborate with our influencer marketing team to identify and engage authentic creators who align with our brand values and strategic goals.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with creators and agencies, leveraging strong people skills and a deep understanding of the influencer ecosystem.
- Lead negotiations with creators and agencies, ensuring successful and economically viable partnerships.
- Manage the entire partnership process, including initial contact, contract negotiations, and ongoing relationship management.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, particularly within a D2C environment in Germany.
- Knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape and ability to develop effective strategies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with creators and agencies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Fluency in German and English is a must.
