Influencer Marketing Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team at Freda. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that drive real results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with our overall brand objectives.
- Collaborate with our influencer marketing team to identify and engage authentic creators who align with our brand values and strategic goals.
- Build and maintain close and long-term partnerships with our creators.
- Lead negotiations with creators and agencies, leveraging strong people skills and a deep understanding of platforms in the influencer ecosystem.
- Manage the entire partnership process, including initial contact, contract negotiations, and ongoing relationship management with creators and their management teams.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, particularly within a D2C environment in Germany.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing platforms and tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Fluency in German and English.
