Job Title: Influencer Marketing Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist to help us develop and execute successful influencer marketing strategies that drive real results. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll work closely with our founders and experienced marketers to create and implement campaigns that align with our brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that drive performance and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with our influencer marketing team to identify and engage authentic creators who align with our brand values and strategic goals
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with creators and agencies, leveraging strong people skills and a deep understanding of the influencer ecosystem
  • Manage the entire partnership process, including contract negotiations and ongoing relationship management
  • Clearly manage expectations and provide constructive feedback to ensure successful and economically viable partnerships
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, particularly in a D2C environment in Germany
  • Strong knowledge of the influencer ecosystem and ability to develop effective strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with creators and agencies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Fluency in German and English is a must
