Your Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Supervisor to manage and supervise technical projects for our ships on site. As a representative of our shore-side organization, you will work as an interface between the crew and external service providers, ensuring that all HESS Standards are fulfilled during project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise technical projects for our ships on site

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marine Technology and/or Engineering or equivalent professional training in electrical or HVAC systems
  • Previous professional experience in project management or technical operations in the maritime or cruise industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive team player
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office
  • Very good command of the English language
