Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the effective execution of projects, from pitch to delivery. You will work closely with our production teams, freelancers, and clients to ensure that all project goals are met, deadlines are met, and budgets are managed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Coordinate with production teams, freelancers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a creative agency or similar environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Basecamp.
