About the Role

Nexperia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our projects and drive business growth. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing project plans, managing project risks, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and timelines
  • Manage project risks, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks
  • Coordinate and lead project teams, including assigning tasks and responsibilities
  • Monitor and control project progress, including tracking project metrics and reporting to stakeholders
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and vendors
  • Identify and implement process improvements, including streamlining project workflows and reducing costs

Requirements

  • Master's degree in engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical business environment
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to take initiative to find solutions for problems
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
