Project Overview

Nexperia is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our projects and drive business growth. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for defining project plans, managing project teams, and ensuring project deliverables are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project plans and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Ensure project quality standards are met and monitor project progress
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain project documentation and reports

Requirements

  • PhD or Master's degree in engineering field, preferably in microelectronics or semiconductor physics
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leading projects within a technical business environment
  • Good knowledge of state-of-the-art project management tools and their application
  • PMI certification or similar is a clear benefit
  • Proven leadership qualities in leading project teams in an intercultural environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
