Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Brand and a deep understanding of the Consumer.

The Account Manager will be responsible for driving Net revenues, Profitability, and Sell out through the development and execution of strategic business plans for each account.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute long-term strategic business plans for each account to grow Net revenues and profitability.
  • Hold regular meetings with accounts to monitor results, progress, and update strategies and actions.
  • Collect and analyze account sell-out data, stock coverage, sell-in data, and O&O retail data to inform business decisions.
  • Support the forecasting process by providing clear strategic directions and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and lead sell-in sessions to achieve revenue targets and profitability.
  • Identify and deliver opportunities to achieve sell-out and sell-in increases through space management and distribution.
  • Drive results by building excellent relationships with customers and establishing customer and consumer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and prospect distribution in compliance with LRN & DRN and T&Cs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure product, marketing, finance, credit management operations, and VM align and deliver performance.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Brand and a passion for the Consumer. They will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
