Digital Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Project Manager to join our Hyundai IT team. As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support company objectives
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders across regions
- Identify and manage project dependencies and timelines, allocate resources effectively and ensure team members have the tools and support needed
- Develop and maintain the project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure that projects are completed within financial parameters
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure success
- Ensure the project deliverables meet quality standards and goals
- Communicate and provide updates to stakeholders, senior management, and project teams on progress, project risks, and issues
- Ensure flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
- Degree qualified in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent. PMP or equivalent certifications in Project Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience, including 2-3 within digital Project Management
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, and Salesforce
- Good knowledge of industry-specific regulations and familiarity with European regulations such as GDPR and data protection
- Capability to work within a fast-paced, multi-cultural, and result-oriented organization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Able to demonstrate high levels of ownership to deliver required outcomes
- Fluency in English
