Account Management Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving net revenues, profitability, and sell-out for our accounts. Your passion for the Brand and Product will be at the forefront of all your decisions, ensuring that our consumers are at the center of everything you do.

You will develop and execute strategic business plans for each account, showcasing progress year-over-year in terms of business, product presentation, and Brand experience. Your goal will be to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs, while delivering a compelling and consistent brand experience to surprise and delight our customers and consumers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing long-term strategic business plans for each account to grow net revenues and profitability, while ensuring Brand positioning and assortment segmentation strategies.
  • Leading regular meetings with accounts to monitor results, progress, and update strategies and actions, while driving conversations on T&C to grow the business top and bottom line.
  • Collecting and analyzing account sell-out data, stock coverage, sell-in data, and O&O retail data, taking decisions and making proposals to the accounts based on a strong business knowledge.
  • Supporting the forecasting process in collaboration with the planning team by providing clear strategic directions and growth opportunities derived from sell-in to sell-out methodology.
  • Preparing and leading sell-in sessions to achieve revenue targets and profitability targets, optimizing pre-bookings, order book conversion, and door openings.
  • Identifying and delivering opportunities to achieve sell-out and sell-in increase through space management, growth, relocation, branded space implementation, and VM execution.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure that product, marketing, finance, credit management operations, and VM align and deliver performance and a premium brand experience in all accounts.
