Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long-term strategic business plans for each account to grow net revenues and profitability.
- Hold regular meetings with accounts to monitor results, progress, and update strategies and actions.
- Collect and analyze account sell-out data, stock coverage, sell-in data, and O&O retail data to inform business decisions.
- Support the forecasting process by providing clear strategic directions and growth opportunities.
- Prepare and lead sell-in sessions to achieve revenue targets and profitability.
- Identify and deliver opportunities to achieve sell-out and sell-in increases through space management and distribution.
- Drive results by building excellent relationships with customers and establishing customer and consumer satisfaction.
- Maintain and prospect distribution in compliance with LRN & DRN and T&Cs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure product, marketing, finance, credit management operations, and VM align and deliver performance.
Requirements:
