About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at DieProduktMacher GmbH. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for digital products, a wide network, and a proven track record in sales.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential clients based on our ideal customer profile definition and challenges and link it to our potential solutions in a comprehensible way
  • Connect with leads over various channels such as LinkedIn, email, phone, or in person
  • Extend our client base, identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their retention
  • Shape a relevant network, attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote DPM and generate new leads
  • Advance our sales processes to continuously improve our performance
Requirements
  • A degree in business or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of professional experience in sales
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of B2B digital products and services
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Drive to constantly evolve and learn new things
  • Background in consulting or digital agency
