Guest Experience Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate seamless guest arrivals and departures, including assistance with luggage.
  • Collaborate effectively with the front desk team to elevate the guest experience.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and implement effective resolutions.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with guests.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding the hotel, local attractions, and the surrounding area.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization in the lobby and entrance areas.
  • Work in close partnership with all hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Your Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role.
  • Experience in the hospitality sector is advantageous.
  • A welcoming demeanor with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Proficiency in both German and English.
  • Adaptability, enthusiasm, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
