Your role in our team

You are a true sales talent and take care of the best possible sales in the group and travel segment, from inquiry to follow-up As an expert in your field, you know what our guests and customers want and act as a valued contact person in all matters You are the interface between departments and our guests, and ensure smooth communication with the departments involved As a "Customer Relation Specialist," you take care of maintaining business relationships with our customers through various actions such as thank you letters, customer meetings, and follow-up calls Creating contracts and offers according to set standards, as well as invoice control, is natural for you

What we expect from you:
First and foremost: you are a passionate host with organizational talent, and your heart beats for events and gatherings You enjoy growing and learning every day, becoming part of a familial and ambitious team Even in stressful situations, you keep a cool head when dealing with extra requests or complex inquiries You have previous experience in a similar position and hold a degree in hotel management with a focus on event sales or a comparable qualification Your communicative nature sets you apart, and you feel comfortable speaking both German and English
