Job Summary:

Simon-Kucher is seeking an experienced Global Talent Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the talent management strategy in support of our fast-paced strategic growth plan. This includes managing the Performance Review Process, developing and implementing career planning, and interfacing with HR policies, rewards, and benefits departments.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Global Director of Talent Management to define the high-level talent management strategy and ensure its alignment with business growth objectives.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to understand their priorities and provide guidance on creating integrated structures that foster a best-in-class people experience approach.
  • Partner with local HR to operationally execute high-impact talent management practices, including performance management processes for Consultants and Central Functions.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on talent strategy solutions and best practices.
  • Provide training on performance management and development processes, as well as talent management processes at Simon-Kucher.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, HRM, or organizational psychology; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Over 6 years of working experience in talent management in a complex global matrix organization, ideally in the consulting industry or professional services.
  • Proven ability to drive annual performance review processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written German and English.
  • Proven experience with common performance management tools and software.
  • Excellent self-management and organizational skills, along with planning and practical implementation experience.
