Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role
At 2140 K-T GMBH, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to oversee all quality-related activities within our organization. This is a critical position that requires a strong understanding of quality management principles and the ability to lead a team to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
- Develop and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quality.
- Manage supplier development and quality processes to ensure compliance with our standards.
- Lead and develop a quality team to drive quality improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
- Present quality performance and improvement initiatives to senior management.
- Conduct manufacturing audits to assess production quality and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management.
- Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
- Willingness to travel (10%)
