Quality Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to oversee all quality-related activities within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with ISO 9001 requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Manage supplier quality and develop relationships with key suppliers.
  • Lead and develop a quality team to ensure effective quality management.
  • Present quality performance and improvement initiatives to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management.
  • Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Leadership experience with a focus on team development.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management principles.

Working Conditions:

The Quality Manager will work collaboratively across departments and with external partners. Travel may be required (up to 10%).
