Client Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Engagement Specialist to join our team at Dow Jones. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing all renewal aspects of our relationships with a defined set of customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a retention strategy for assigned strategic accounts
* Provide regular reports to management highlighting high-risk renewal accounts and proposed strategies for turnaround
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and support successful renewals
* Oversee the renewal lifecycle, from pricing and contracting to invoicing and client support
* Support new sales into existing accounts to maximize customer return on investment
* Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
* Identify opportunities for increased revenue within assigned accounts
Requirements
* 1+ years of experience in customer engagement or sales
* Proficient in German and English
* Excellent project management and organizational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google Drive
* Bachelor's degree preferred
