About the Role

Evident Europe GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team in the Life Sciences sector. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the industrial and life sciences markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, and expand our customer portfolio.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including lead qualification, sales qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our product portfolio, including microscopy and imaging systems, and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing department to support sales campaigns and initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders through effective verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business, sales, or life sciences.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the industrial or life sciences sector, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Skills: Strong sales and communication skills, product knowledge, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in German, with additional languages a plus.
