Job Summary:

As a key member of the CSA Group team, you will be responsible for leading and directing regional Customer Care Specialists and Key Account Managers to achieve commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the regional team to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Motivate and promote cross-selling and superior customer service to drive business results.
  • Act as a decision-maker to effectively resolve customer issues and complaints.
  • Develop and lead regional teams to achieve commercial objectives and targets.
  • Enable strong communication, regular product knowledge, and corporate goals and vision within the team.
  • Contribute to strategic direction through the development of an understanding of our customers' business environment.
  • Execute promotional campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Continuously review and improve sales processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy.
  • Participate in and lead special projects to drive business results and improve processes.

Requirements:

  • University degree or college diploma in business administration, sales and marketing, or related fields.
  • 10 years of technical sales experience with a proven ability to consistently exceed sales goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and effective written communications and presentations.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
