Job Description
">We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Strategist to lead our company-wide transformation initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement robust global change management strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop a toolkit for change management that can be applied by project managers for each transformation project">
- Lead, coordinate, and manage change management activities across various international business processes">
- Monitor and assess the impact of change on employees globally, recommending solutions as needed">
- Lead stakeholder analysis and communicate change management plans effectively to teammates and key stakeholders globally for understanding and buy-in">
- Develop change impact assessment and training needs analysis. Implement comprehensive training programs to foster a global understanding and adaptation to change">
- Coordinate with various departments globally to successfully implement changes on an international scale">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Digital Transformation, Supply Chain Management, Design, or a comparable field">
- Proven experience in leading and implementing global change management initiatives during company-wide transformations">
- Strong understanding of organizational development, change theory, and global business management principles">
- Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to work seamlessly across diverse global teams">
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues on an international scale">
- Expertise in influencing others globally to support change and adapt to new processes">
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize multiple tasks in an international context">
- Familiarity with change management coordination with cross-functional teams on a global scale">
- Knowledge and implementation of change frameworks such as Prosci / Adkar / McKinsey 7s">
