About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technical Architect to lead our technical teams in the development of AAA games. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining the technical vision and direction for our projects.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in leading technical teams and will be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will be responsible for defining the technical architecture for our games, working closely with directors and producers to ensure that the project meets its creative and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the technical architecture for AAA games
  • Lead technical teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
  • Work closely with directors and producers to ensure project success
  • Mentor and grow new leads within the technical teams

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in leading technical teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to define technical architecture for AAA games
  • Experience with procedural generation techniques
  • Shipped several games as a technical lead
