This role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a world-leading flight simulator company. Our innovative solutions equip pilots and crews to handle any scenario, from routine flights to emergency situations.

You will work alongside a dynamic and collaborative team at our modern training center near Frankfurt Airport. This facility features state-of-the-art equipment, including a cozy kitchen and break room.

The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of flight simulators, contributing to the success of our international team. As an Aviation Simulator Professional (m/f/d), your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing complex technical tasks, such as maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and subsystem components
  • Providing technical support for pilots during simulator sessions
  • Recording and tracking maintenance activities using our QM system
  • Conducting pre-flight & post-flight tasks on the simulators
  • Evaluating QTG test results
  • Maintaining computers, performing fault diagnosis, and modifying hardware
  • Interpreting technical drawings and schematics for mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic components

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • An excellent command of English
  • Willingness to work in a rotating 3-shift system
  • A place of residence near or close to Frankfurt
  • Completed technical studies or training (engineering, mechatronics, IT, electrical engineering, aviation, etc.)
  • Experience with the maintenance & repair of electrical and subsystem components
  • A strong interest in aviation and cutting-edge simulation technologies
  • Ideal: Initial experience with Linux
  • Nice to have: Professional or academic experience in the field of simulations and/or in the aviation industry
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of German
  • Young professionals welcome
