Senior Manager of Global Brand Engagement and Events

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Global Brand Engagement and Events (m/f/d) to join our esteemed Brand Relations Team. This pivotal role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities with one direct report, focusing on the comprehensive management of brand events, and will report directly to the Global Director of Brand Relations.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Brand Event Management
Oversee the planning and execution of global events and brand initiatives, managing the entire lifecycle from inception to post-event evaluation, including guest list management (a strong understanding of the global media landscape is essential). Collaborate effectively with Regional and Local Marketing and Brand Activation teams. Supervise event logistics, communications, vendor partnerships, and material procurement. Lead integrated/internal teams and develop communication strategies across various projects. Manage budgets meticulously, ensuring financial resources are allocated and utilized effectively for successful project execution. Foster consumer-driven event innovations that resonate with current trends, creating memorable experiences that deepen connections with our core audiences.2) Influencer and Press Event Coordination
Oversee the activation of events and digital influencer initiatives, including influencer content creation platforms and experiences (such as New York Fashion Week concepts and influencer roundtables). Plan and assess KPIs and success metrics for both global and local influencer campaigns. Organize press days/showrooms and other venues for interaction among press, influencers, and VIPs.3) VIP Engagement and Film Placement Strategy
Develop strategies for VIP placements at events and activations. Manage the negotiation processes effectively. Ensure contract execution, adeptly navigating internal processes and stakeholder interactions.4) License Partner Management
Oversee relationships with license partners. Drive asset and campaign development for license partners, including process enhancement.Qualifications for Success:
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree or equivalent professional training. At least 5 years of professional experience in PR/Marketing, preferably within startups, agencies, or global firms in the luxury sector. Proven expertise in managing international events, with a global perspective (experience in the US, China, Europe, etc. is required). Strong connections with talent/VIP agencies on a worldwide scale. Excellent networking and communication skills. Highly organized and agile in approach. Ability to think critically, offering diverse perspectives on key issues. In tune with cultural trends and current events, capable of identifying opportunities to create impactful brand moments. Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
