Global Brand Relations Senior Manager

We are seeking a Senior Manager of International Brand Relations and Events (m/f/d) to join our esteemed Brand Relations Team. This pivotal role includes one direct report and encompasses the comprehensive management of brand relations, with a particular emphasis on orchestrating brand events, reporting directly to the Global Director of Brand Relations.
This position offers a remarkable opportunity to engage in a dynamic international setting, enhancing Montblanc's stature as the premier Luxury Maison through its illustrious heritage and bold communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Brand Events Management
- Oversee the execution of global events and brand initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring meticulous management of the entire process, including guest list coordination and a solid understanding of the global media landscape.
- Collaborate effectively with Regional and Local Marketing and Brand Activation teams.
- Supervise event logistics, communications, vendor relationships, and material procurement.
- Lead integrated/internal teams and develop communication strategies across various projects.
- Manage budgets diligently, ensuring financial resources are allocated efficiently for successful project and event execution.
- Foster consumer-centric event innovations that resonate with current trends, creating experiences that deepen connections with our core communities.
2) Influencer and Press Events
- Direct the activation of events and digital influencer initiatives, including influencer content creation platforms and unique event concepts.
- Plan and assess KPIs for global and local influencer campaigns, ensuring success metrics are met.
- Organize press days/showrooms and other interactive platforms for press, influencers, and VIPs.
3) VIP Engagement and Film Placements
- Develop strategies for VIP placements at events and activations.
- Manage the negotiation process effectively.
- Ensure contract implementation while coordinating with internal stakeholders.
4) License Management
- Oversee License Partner relationships.
- Guide License Partner Asset and Campaign Development, including process enhancements.
Qualifications for Success:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree or equivalent professional training.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in PR/Marketing, preferably within startups, agencies, or global firms in the luxury sector.
- Proven expertise in managing international events, with experience across the US, China, Europe, and beyond.
- Strong connections with talent and VIP agencies on a global scale.
- Excellent networking and communication skills.
- Highly organized and agile in approach.
- Ability to think critically and provide diverse perspectives on key issues.
- Awareness of cultural trends and current affairs, with a knack for identifying opportunities to create impactful brand moments.
- Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
