Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at Voith Group. As an Electrical Design Specialist, you will be responsible for designing hardware for control systems in the hydropower sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and dimension control cabinets, selecting system components and coordinating hardware planning with internal and external service providers.
  • Create circuit and terminal diagrams, wiring lists, and parts lists using CAD and CAE systems.
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Degree in electrical or automation engineering and several years of professional experience in electrical design.
  • Good knowledge of relevant standards, electrical safety technology, and experience with Siemens and Rockwell control systems.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of common CAD/CAE systems and MS-Office applications.
  • Independent, structured, and systematic work approach.
  • Good German and English language skills.
  • Readiness for business trips and assignments worldwide.
