Key Responsibilities

As a Specialist in our team People Data Reporting Services, you will be responsible for the annual preparation, execution, and review of the global personnel and social reporting data collection and validation. This will ensure that BASF's largest reporting campaigns run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities (continued)

You will analyze and evaluate a wide range of data, including data from HR systems (e.g. HRBW, SAP-HR) and controlling systems (e.g. COINS, Cobalt), making sure that we comply with legal guidelines and corporate standards.

What You Will Gain

  • You will ensure high data quality both in data collection and reporting, using state-of-the-art tools.
  • You will be the contact person for HRBPs and leaders and advise them within your area of competence.
  • You will train and consult participants on global reporting campaigns in terms of data handling.
  • You will gain an in-depth understanding of the structure and HR processes behind a large global company.

Requirements

  • degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or similar relevant fields
  • professional experience in a role concerned with reporting aspects or a comparable role in HR, Finance, or Controlling is a plus
  • knowledge and understanding of reporting processes as well as HR processes
  • structured with strong self-organization, committed service mindset, self-driven, and cooperative
  • fluent in English with excellent verbal and written skills, German skills are a plus
