Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Design Manager to lead our Traveler Team in designing exceptional user experiences. As a key member of our product design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative solutions that meet the needs of both our customers and partners.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to develop industry-leading search and discovery experiences.
  • You will lead medium-sized design projects, ensuring a user-centered approach and high-quality deliverables.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate alignment and create shared understanding.
  • You will design and iterate on high-quality deliverables across web, native apps, and other surfaces.
  • You will mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to strengthen their skills.
Requirements
  • You have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design in a start-up, SMB, or large company with a digital offering.
  • You possess a demonstrable problem-solving mindset, focusing on outcomes and not output.
  • You have a proven track record in leading design projects that demonstrate a user-centered approach and high-quality deliverables.
  • You are familiar with designing for multiple platforms, including Web, iOS, and Android.
  • You can present design concepts and final designs, articulating the decision rationale behind them.
  • You are proactive and comfortable working autonomously.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience.
