Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team at Aroundhome. As a key member of our cross-functional Partner Acquisition & Services domains, you will be responsible for designing user-centered experiences that drive business value.
Your primary focus will be on optimizing our digital partner journey (B2B) to create maximum value for both Aroundhome and our partners. You will have the opportunity to develop innovative solutions and make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities- Design user interfaces for new and existing products, prioritizing user needs and goals
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and user research teams to drive design decisions
- Develop concepts, user flows, customer journey maps, prototypes, and mockups that meet user needs
- Conduct UX and usability tests to inform design decisions and iterate on designs
- Communicate design solutions and progress to stakeholders and team members
- Several years of experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio of successfully implemented projects
- Expertise in commonly used UX tools, such as Figma, and experience in testing concepts and prototypes
- Familiarity with user-centered methods like Design Thinking and Product Discovery
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into creative design ideas
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
