Senior Electrical Engineer for Advanced Packaging Solutions

Li Auto is looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer to lead the development of advanced power semiconductor packaging solutions.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Defining electrical design technology roadmaps for SiC power modules and staying up-to-date with industry trends;
- Collaborating with the team to develop innovative packaging solutions and establishing partnerships with universities and research institutions;
- Designing, simulating, and verifying SiC power module packaging, and developing advanced electrical design techniques;
- Tracking cutting-edge technology in power semiconductor packaging and contributing to the company's growth.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience in electrical development or technology research and development of power semiconductor packaging;
- Strong understanding of the semiconductor packaging industry and excellent networking skills within the industry;
- Detailed knowledge of power semiconductor devices (Si, SiC, GaN), including microstructure, basic working principles, common failure modes, and power electronic circuits;
- Proficiency in SiC power module electrical design tools (Q3D, Pspice, Siwave, etc.) and excellent English communication skills.
Salary Estimate: $150,000 - $180,000 annually
