Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and talented Business Development Representative (Outbound) to join our team in the DACH market. As a key member of our sales team, you'll work closely with an Account Executive to identify and pursue qualified business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research relevant markets (verticals, customer segments, etc.) and gather key prospect information
  • Carry out outbound campaigns via email and phone
  • Understand the prospect's business and highlight Aircall's value to raise curiosity and interest
  • Book meetings with an Account Executive
  • Document all daily activities in Salesforce (you'll receive training)
  • Travel with the team to events

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (you'll be working with prospects from the German market)
  • Bilingual in English is a plus
  • A willingness to develop your sales skills (you'll receive training and development opportunities)
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work in an international and diverse environment
  • Enthusiasm and positivity
