About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Customer Representative to join our team at energy & meteo systems GmbH. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on our energy generation systems
  • Assist customers with contract management and administration
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
Requirements
  • Technical degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or energy technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in German and English languages
