Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers and partners, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process and analyze customer tickets, identifying and addressing root causes of issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including partner management, technical support, and rollout/bau and betrieb, to ensure seamless issue resolution
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and experience
Requirements
  • Completed commercial education or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in ticket support or customer service is highly desirable
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems and software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
