Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on our virtual power plant software and services
- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
- Collaborate with our development team to identify and prioritize technical requirements and features
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical customer support or account management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of renewable energy systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
