Media Specialist for P&G

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Media Specialist to join our in-house media team at Procter & Gamble. As a Media Specialist, you will be responsible for executing digital campaigns end-to-end, including campaign design, setup, pacing, and optimization. You will also be responsible for analyzing and tracking campaigns to identify areas for improvement and make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute digital campaigns end-to-end, including campaign design, setup, pacing, and optimization.
- Analyze and track campaigns to identify areas for improvement and make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals.
- Have full responsibility for campaign reporting and present recap and insights on impact and effectiveness to media planners and brand teams.
- Work closely with our Marketing Technologists and Brand Managers to enable and deliver a consumer-centric data strategy.
- Become the mastermind of special projects related to innovation and digital trial plans.
Requirements
- You have or will complete your apprenticeship in Industrial/Media/Marketing Clerkship or a related field before starting with us.
- You have passion and high interest for digital and media expertise.
- You are accountable, independent, organized, curious, dedicated, and analytical.
- You can speak and write fluent German (C1).
- You are comfortable communicating in English in your daily work, as the media team is internationally staffed, and the working language is English.
- You live in commutable distance from Schwalbach im Taunus area and are willing to work from the office for several days/week.
