Position Overview

As a member of our dedicated in-house media team, you will create top-tier media strategies for our marketing initiatives, engage consumers with our iconic brands, and drive business outcomes alongside our brand managers. You will also participate in our media academy, gaining insights from experts and training to enhance your skills as a media professional.

  • Oversee digital campaigns from inception to completion, including design, implementation, optimization, and evaluation.
  • Make strategic recommendations to achieve campaign objectives and enhance performance through ongoing analysis and optimization.
  • Take full ownership of campaign reporting, providing insights and evaluations on effectiveness to media planners and brand teams.
  • Collaborate closely with a diverse team, particularly with Marketing Technologists and Brand Managers, to implement a consumer-centric data strategy.
  • Lead special projects related to innovation and digital trial initiatives.
  • Deliver real-time insights and proactively recommend strategies to meet campaign goals.
  • Utilize strong business acumen to serve as a liaison between Media and Business, ensuring effective communication of our media campaigns to consumers.

Candidate Profile

  • Completion of an apprenticeship in Industrial/Media/Marketing Clerkship or a related discipline is required.
  • A strong passion for digital media and marketing is essential.
  • Attributes such as accountability, independence, organization, curiosity, dedication, and analytical thinking are important.
  • Fluency in German (C1) is required, along with proficiency in English for daily communication.
  • Must reside within a commutable distance from Schwalbach im Taunus and be willing to work in the office several days a week.
