As a member of our dedicated in-house media team, you will create top-tier media strategies for our marketing initiatives, engage consumers with our iconic brands, and collaborate with brand managers to drive business outcomes.   • Manage digital campaigns from inception to completion, including design, implementation, optimization, and assessment.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to achieve campaign objectives and enhance performance through continuous analysis and optimization.
  • Oversee campaign reporting, delivering insights on impact and effectiveness to media planners and brand teams.
  • Collaborate closely with a diverse team, particularly with Marketing Technologists and Brand Managers, to execute a consumer-centric data strategy.
  • Lead special projects focused on innovation and digital trial initiatives.
  • Deliver real-time insights and proactively recommend strategies to meet campaign goals and improve performance.
  • Utilize strong business acumen to bridge the gap between Media and Business, ensuring our campaigns effectively reach consumers with the right messages at the optimal time and place.

Candidate Profile

  • Completion of an apprenticeship in Industrial/Media/Marketing Clerkship or a related field is expected before starting.
  • A strong passion and interest in digital media is essential.
  • Attributes such as accountability, independence, organization, curiosity, dedication, and analytical skills are crucial.
  • Fluency in German (C1) is required, along with proficiency in English for daily communication.
  • Must reside within a commutable distance from Schwalbach im Taunus and be willing to work from the office several days a week.
