Job Description

As an Inside Sales Consultant at The Stepstone Group, you will be responsible for acquiring and retaining customers for our online job portal. You will work in the Inside Sales department, where you will sell our products, such as online job advertisements, to new and existing customers from small and medium-sized businesses.

Your Responsibilities

  • Acquisition: You will use your sales skills to generate interest in our Stepstone portfolio among HR contacts at our customers, resulting in new customers for us.

  • Consulting: As a trusted advisor, you will provide long-term support to your existing customers in the context of their individual recruitment strategies.

  • Collaboration: Close customer-oriented collaboration with all departments and proactive customer management are the foundation of your success.

  • Performance: Your success will be immediately visible through key performance indicators.

  • Offer creation: You will create tailored offers and ensure the implementation of these offers with the goal of providing the best possible customer experience.

Requirements

  • Endurance and closing skills, especially at the beginning of your activity.

  • Sales skills and consulting strength, as well as a secure and trustworthy appearance.
