About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Consultant to join our team at The Stepstone Group. As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for acquiring and retaining customers for our online recruitment solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building with HR professionals and decision-makers.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets.

  • Develop and present customized proposals and pitches to secure new business and expand existing relationships.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.

  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Fluency in German language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
