Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Consultant to join our team at The Stepstone Group. As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for acquiring and retaining customers for our digital products, including online job postings and other related services.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
  • Utilize market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to identify and pursue additional sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers

Requirements

  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of success in a sales or business development role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales and customer relationship management tools
