About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Morten-Group. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, including check-in and check-out procedures, and ensure accurate and efficient handling of room assignments and key cards.
  • Manage guest requests and complaints, using effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and maintain a positive guest experience.
  • Operate the property management system (PMS) to manage guest reservations, room assignments, and other related tasks.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and filing, to support the smooth operation of the front desk.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in the use of PMS software, such as Sihot, and other relevant systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
