We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Orizon Hamburg GmbH. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and business partners, providing exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the front desk, greeting and assisting guests and business partners in German and English
  • Manage conference rooms and related preparations, ensuring seamless events and meetings
  • Support event planning, coordinating logistics and details
  • Perform general administrative tasks, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency
Requirements:
  • Completed vocational training in a related field, such as hospitality or customer service
  • Previous experience in receptionist roles or similar customer-facing positions
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a customer-oriented mindset and reliability
  • Proficient in MS-Office and other relevant software
  • Fluency in English, with German language skills a plus
