Front Desk Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Associate to join our team at the Grand Elysée Hamburg. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process guest arrivals and departures, including check-in and check-out procedures
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Handle room reservations, including room assignments and changes
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and room inventory
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or guest services role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems
