About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Motel One Hamburg-Altona. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of room assignments and key cards.
- Process and verify guest reservations, including room upgrades and cancellations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process payments and handle cash handling duties, including operating a point-of-sale system.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing, to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
