Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team in Stuttgart. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and operations comply with relevant regulations and laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement compliance strategies and processes to ensure adherence to product, environmental, and market law requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop proposed solutions in coordination with our Product Compliance Manager and Legal Counsel.
  • Initiate continuous improvement of existing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design and deliver training sessions for relevant departments, providing guidelines and checklists.
  • Support the definition and determination of necessary product and supplier-related data along the product life cycle.
  • Participate in relevant audits by external inspection bodies and authorities.
  • Interface with external service providers and manage communication with authorities and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in engineering, environmental management, business administration, or a comparable field.
  • Initial practical experience in process planning, coordination, analysis, and optimization, as well as project management in compliance/quality management.
  • Experience with compliance in European environmental and product regulations, with a focus on relevant regulations in B2B trade (industrial goods/non-food).
  • Strong communication skills and confident demeanor when presenting and moderating large groups and workshops.
  • Passion for sustainability and assertiveness to drive the organization on these topics.
  • High analytical and organizational competence to understand and implement complex regulatory requirements.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
