Deine Aufgaben
  • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung interner Richtlinien, Verfahren und Kontrollen zur Sicherstellung unserer regulatorischen und internen Compliance
  • Vertiefung in berufsrechtliche Vorschriften und langfristige Unterstützung unserer Fachkräfte als Ansprechpartner:in in diesem Bereich
  • Aufbereitung von Compliance-Themen sowie eigenständige Beantwortung (interner) Compliance-relevanter Anfragen
  • Aktive Information über neue regulatorische Entwicklungen und regelmäßige Updates für unsere Fachkräfte im Rahmen interner Mitteilungen
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungen
  • Unterstützung unseres Bereichs Risiko & Compliance bei der Umsetzung und Einhaltung weiterer Compliance-Vorgaben
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium (als Wirtschafts- oder Volljurist:in)
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung und Kenntnisse in den Bereichen anwaltliches Berufsrecht und/oder Compliance
  • Verständnis für rechtliche und Compliance-Prozesse
  • Anspruch auf sorgfältige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie professionelle Kommunikation nach innen und außen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Fähigkeit, sowohl selbstständig als auch im Team zu arbeiten
