About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Compliance Specialist to join our team at Zurich Insurance Company. As a key member of our IT Compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our IT operations are aligned with our business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement IT compliance processes and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular process reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that IT operations are aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT management, business leaders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry standards, and ensure that our IT operations are compliant.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT compliance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL and COBIT frameworks, and experience in implementing compliance processes and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with IT teams, business leaders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
